 2012 Transported Embryo Transfer Program 

- Program Entrance Fee $600.00
            We will coordinate a recipient mare to fit Donor mare.
            If no pregnancy results, we will coordinate recipients up to 3 cycles.
- Embryo handling Transfer Fee - $250 (upon receiving shipped Embryo)
- Lease of pregnancy tested mare - $1,650 (due when pregnancy tested 16 days in foal) 
- Mare can be picked up or stay at Dillon Cow Horses for $12 per day mare care.  If mare is taken off the premises of Dillon Cow Horses and Reproduction Center, a Lease Agreement will be required to be signed by donor mare owner/lessee at the time the mare leaves Dillon Cow Horses’ possession stating the mare will be returned in good condition at the time of weaning.
- Total cost of Pregnant Recipient mare - $2,500 
            Program Entry Fees must be paid prior to management, embryo collection or transfer procedures are performed.  All other fees will be billed as they occur and are due and payable upon receipt.  The donor mare owner/lessee’s account must be paid in full prior to departure of pregnant recipient. 
            All recipient mares have had a fertility evaluation, have been appropriately vaccinated and are on a routine de-worming program.   
- Transported Embryo Transfer Program – Dillon Cow Horses and Reproduction Center, LLC, will accept shipped embryos from non-associated clinicians.  It is critical that a working relationship be established prior to collection and transport of embryos.
            Dillon Cow Horses and Reproduction Center, LLC, maintains a large recipient herd, but the availability of a synchronized recipient at times may be limited.

            This contract is made in Nez Perce County, State of Idaho and the laws of the State of Idaho shall apply to all aspects of this agreement.
